On Wednesday May 11th, at 7:00 PM upstairs, the Brotherhood of Thieves and Allagash Brewing Company from Portland, Maine hosted a four course dinner, with each course paired with an Allagash craft beer. The dinner, was prepared by Chris Hinds, Chef, and Jeff Knab, GM, of the Brotherhood in collaboration with EJ Harvey from the Seagrille.
