The dinner, was prepared by Chris Hinds, Chef, and Jeff Knab, GM, of the Brotherhood in collaboration with EJ Harvey from the Seagrille. Tickets for the event were $70 which included:
1st Course: Buck Rarebit
Grilled artisan bread, poached egg, beer-cheese fondue, smoked ham, and watercress, served with Allagash White.
2nd Course: House-Made Seafood Sausage
Shaved radish, mache, and watercress pesto, served with Allagash Confluence.

This was a great opportunity to eat some excellent food, drink some superb craft beer from Allagash and talk to folks from Allagash. We had a great turnout of beer and food lovers alike, and look forward to our next prix fixe event!
