Dishwasher:

> 1 yr. minimum dishwasher experience.

>Able to work very quickly and lift heavy objects for sustained periods of time.

> Speaks and understands the English language.

>Able to follow daily cleaning procedures with minimal supervision.

Bartender:

> 3 yr. minimum bartending experience for beer, wine, and spirits.

> Able to deliver exceptional service under pressure.

> Confident and outgoing when interacting with guests.

> Comfortable with the use of point-of-sale systems.

> Basic knowledge of American-style table service a must.

Server:

> 2 yr. minimum fine or casual dining experience as a server.

> Able to deliver exceptional service under pressure. Mastery of American-style table and wine service procedures a must.

> Comfortable with the use of point-of-sale systems.

>Fluently speaks and understands the English language and is a confident salesperson.

Food Runner:

> 1 yr. minimum general front-of-house experience.

> Comfortable with table number systems, carrying trays, and garnishing plates.

> Fluently speaks and understands the English language.

> Able to work very quickly and lift heavy objects for sustained periods of time.

Busser:

> 1 yr. minimum general front-of-house experience.

> Fluently speaks and understands the English language.

> Able to work very quickly and lift heavy objects for sustained periods of time.

Host:

> 1 yr. minimum general front-of-house experience.

> Fluently speaks and understands the English language.

> Confident and outgoing when interacting with guests.

> Comfortable with table number systems and point-of-sale systems.
