A lot of you have been asking us when we will be bringing back our specialty nights. We have some very ambitious plans for this Winter’s lineup, and we hope you will join us!
MONDAYS: Chef’s Food & Beer/Wine Pairing Three Course Tastings – Just $20 for three courses, drinks included!
WEDNESDAYS: Blues, Brews, and BBQ — House-smoked meats, traditional accompaniments, and great music!
FRIDAYS: Fried Chicken Fridays — Best fried chicken on the island!
Specialty nights will begin next week, so stay tuned for more details! There will be some cancellations for Thanksgiving and Stroll weekends. Check our events calendar for more details.

On Wednesday May 11th, at 7:00 PM upstairs, the Brotherhood of Thieves and Allagash Brewing Company from Portland, Maine hosted a four course dinner, with each course paired with an Allagash craft beer.
The dinner, was prepared by Chris Hinds, Chef, and Jeff Knab, GM, of the Brotherhood in collaboration with EJ Harvey from the Seagrille. Tickets for the event were $70 which included:
1st Course: Buck Rarebit
Grilled artisan bread, poached egg, beer-cheese fondue, smoked ham, and watercress, served with Allagash White.
2nd Course: House-Made Seafood Sausage
Shaved radish, mache, and watercress pesto, served with Allagash Confluence.
3rd Course: Slow Smoked Pork Shoulder
Rhubarb BBQ sauce, cheddar grit cake, and spring succotash, served with Allagash Curieux.
4th Course: Stout and Chocolate Parfait
Allagash black ice cream, white chocolate mousse, bitter chocolate ganache, raspberry coulis, and chocolate covered pretzels, served with Allagash Black.
This was a great opportunity to eat some excellent food, drink some superb craft beer from Allagash and talk to folks from Allagash. We had a great turnout of beer and food lovers alike, and look forward to our next prix fixe event!
